Addressing Ezekiel, the Supreme Lord says:

“Go to the deportees, the sons of your people; you shall speak to them, and whether they hear or not, you shall say to them, 'Thus says the Lord, the Eternal. Son of man, I appoint you to be a watchman over the house of Israel. You shall hear the word that goes forth from my mouth and warn them from me.

When I say to the wicked: Yes, you shall die. If you do not warn him, if you do not speak to warn the wicked to turn from his evil way and to save his life, that wicked will die in his injustice, but I will claim his blood from you. But if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness and his evil way, he will die in his iniquity, and you will save your life.

If a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and does what is perverse, I will set a snare before him, and he will die. If you have not warned him, he will die in his sin. His righteousness will not be remembered, and I will claim his blood from you. But if you warn the righteous man so that he does not sin, and if he does not sin, yes, he will live, because he has been warned, and you will save your life.”

The death to which God refers here is that which keeps the soul away from God.

In the beginning there was only God.

Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, in his personal, primordial, original, infinite and absolute form, possesses inconceivable qualities. There is no difference between his body and his Soul, for they are One. Although He multiplies in countless forms, He remains indivisible and complete in Himself. There is only one God, Krishna, and there is nothing outside Him.

God has an infinite number of Names, but Krishna is the first of them and the most powerful of all, for the Supreme Lord has given him power. Krishna is the original Name of God, the Supreme Person, in its primordial spiritual form. This sublime spiritual Name means “The infinitely fascinating”, “The infinitely fascinating”.

He is omnipresent, He is everywhere. He is omnipotent, He is Almighty. He is omniscient, He knows everything. He is immutable, He does not change. Eternal, unborn and immortal, He remains eternally Young.

Krishna, God, the Supreme Person resides in the hearts of all beings in his form of the Supreme Soul, also called the Holy Spirit. He enlivens the material bodies, the senses, the vital breath, the heart and the mind, and makes them come alive. He is life in all that lives. Who dwells at his side, at his touch, dwells in eternal life. Together with Krishna, the Sovereign Lord, we are immersed in transcendental light permanently, joy continuously and without interruption, and eternal life.
