It is time for all human beings without exception to embrace the principles of spirituality of austerity, purity, compassion and truthfulness.

It is the duty of every head of state and government to ensure that these principles of spirituality are established throughout their territory.

All kings and virtuous rulers rule under the authority of God. They act upon the enlightened advice of wise learned spiritual masters, who are competent in the spiritual upliftment of the human being, while they, as leaders, specialize in the art of establishing peace and material prosperity in society. These two groups are the pillars of universal happiness, so they must act together in the perfect union for the common good of all living beings, human beings without exception, terrestrial and aquatic animals, and all the plants in their diversity that they have to protect.

Spiritual awakening involves the receptivity of all human beings, and the basic principles of spirituality, austerity, purity, compassion and truthfulness, contribute favorably to the state of awakening and spiritual knowledge.

The cooperation between kings, heads of state and wise spiritual masters creates a wonderful atmosphere, which allows the spread of spiritual philosophy and divine knowledge for the good of all living beings.

Finally, compassion is to ask all the king’s subjects or all the citizens of the head of state to spread a spiritual atmosphere within society, both individually and collectively. It is also vital to encourage the spread of the principles of God consciousness and the wisdom of Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, which advocate to act only for the satisfaction of the Supreme Lord, to listen assiduously to the account of the entertainment of the Sovereign Person among qualified wise scholars or realized souls, to hum the collective song of the glories of God in the home or in places of worship, to serve in various ways the pure devotees of Krishna, who are dedicated to preaching the narrative of the entertainment of God, the Supreme Person, and to establish his residence in a place where the atmosphere is saturated with divine consciousness.

When the nation is governed by the above-mentioned principles, the consciousness of God then naturally spreads everywhere, for the good of all living beings, humans, animals and plants. Peace, joy and harmony reign once again in human society.
