All those who kill domestic animals.

All those who cause trouble to others.

All those who imprison a living being (human or animal) in a cave.

All those who show unjustified anger towards a guest in their home.

All those who are driven mad by the possession of wealth and think only of amassing money, or keeping power at all costs.

After spending many series of years in the terrible infernal planets, at the end of this period the great criminals are condemned to subsequent reincarnations, to complete the expiation of their faults.

The murderer of a wise scholar passes into the body of a dog, a boar, an ass, a camel, a bull, a goat, a ram, a beast savage, a bird, an untouchable or the lowest of men such as the tramp, depending on the seriousness of the crime.

The scholarly sage who drinks spirit liquors will be reborn as an insect, a worm, a grasshopper, a dung-eating bird, and a ferocious animal.

The wise scholar who stole another wise scholar's gold will pass a thousand times through the bodies of spiders, snakes, chameleons, aquatic animals, and evil vampires.

The man who has defiled the bed of his spiritual master is reborn a hundred times in the state of grass, bush, creeper, carnivorous bird like the vulture, animal armed with sharp teeth like the lion, and ferocious beasts like the tiger.

Those who commit acts of cruelty become animals greedy for bloody flesh like cats and felines.

Those who eat prohibited foods become worms, thieves, beings that devour each other.

Those who woo lower-class women become ghosts.

He who has had intercourse with degraded men, who has known another man's wife, or who has stolen anything but not gold from a wise scholar, will become a spirit, a mighty ghost.

If a man has stolen precious stones, pearls, coral, or jewels of various kinds out of greed, he is reborn among the goldsmiths, or in the body of the bird called “hemakāra”.

Materialists who remain attached to their privileged positions until death and who never wish to leave, even in a dream, the charms of the hearth, remain prisoners of such chimeras. They can't help developing a thousand plans to make their lives even more comfortable, but suddenly death strikes, cruel and pitiless. Whether he likes it or not, they will be forced to abandon their body to put on another, which they will be forced to accept. According to the acts they have accomplished in their present life, they will be forced to take a body among the 8,400,000 living species.

To envy, to be jealous of Krishna, God, the Supreme Person, and the consequence of such an act is endless rebirth among demonic species and atheist families. The pure knowledge inherent in every being remains perpetually veiled by illusion for such disbelievers, who can only gradually regress to the darkest recesses of creation.
