He who, full of faith in this imperishable path of devotional service, commits himself entirely, making Me the supreme goal, that one is very dear to Me.

The person who is never inclined to material happiness, hatred, affliction and ambition, detached from all favorable or harmful activity of the universe of matter and fully dedicated to the consciousness of God, is very dear to Krishna.

The devotee who shows himself equal to the so-called friends and enemies of this world, and who neither heat nor cold disturbs any attachment to the body, who approves of no attachment and remains equanimous(*), let him be respected or who is insulted, who always remains serious, satisfied in all circumstances, without a fixed residence but always established in the consciousness of Krishna, this one is infinitely dear to the Lord.

Even without being established in such a transcendental position, the mere fact of endorsing such transcendence will make us very dear to Krishna.

It is written in the Vedas, the original holy scriptures also called “the true gospel”:

“God cannot manifest himself in a heart where pain or anger reigns. He who is not a cause of anguish or trouble for any living being (human beings, animals and plants), who adopts towards all the benevolent attitude of a father for his children, and whose heart is pure, the Lord has quickly filled him with his grace”.

If we return to God in his sublime infinite and absolute kingdom, then our true relationship with Him will be revealed to us and we will live it eternally, immersed in an ineffable happiness. Relationship of love and bliss uninterrupted, permanent, incomparable and eternal.

So why do you want to stay in this world where the joys are fleeting, and the sufferings are permanent?

The Supreme Lord has created a sublime bond, that of love and affection, so powerful that it is difficult to remove it.

In truth, this affectionate bond, this marvelous relationship of love that unites us to God will never be broken.

Blessed are all those who reconnect with God in a sublime bond of love and who serve him with devotion, for the Lord will always be with them, wherever they go.

(*) [Equanimity or being equanimous means equanimity, equanimity, equanimity. It is the affective disposition of detachment and serenity with regard to any sensation or evocation, pleasant or unpleasant, or whatever the circumstances are favorable or not. It is to be free from attachment as well as aversion.

Whether one is very attached or very detached from the things of this world, both attitudes have the same faults. The material world must be accepted equally, without attachment, without aversion either. In the same way, one should accept everything that promotes Krishna consciousness, or God consciousness, and reject everything that can hinder it. This is equanimity, or being equanimous]
